Report an issue

Email us and include what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead.

A screenshot often helps. Please include:

• The app version (Settings → About)
• Your iPhone model and iOS version
• Whether it happens every time or only sometimes

Please don't send health details or stool photos. We don't need them to fix a bug, and keeping your health data off our systems is the point of the app. If a screenshot shows your log, crop it first.

Beta testers

On TestFlight you can also send feedback straight from the app: take a screenshot, then tap Share Beta Feedback. It comes to us with your device details attached.

Suggest a feature

Email the same address with "Idea" in the subject line. Tell us what you'd use it for, not just what it is. That helps us build the right thing.

We can't give medical advice. If you're having a flare, heavy bleeding, fever or severe pain, contact your doctor or emergency services.
